Removable Covers and Memory Foam: Read the Care Label First
A removable cover makes care more convenient, but it does not mean the entire pillow can be machine washed.
Cover and foam need separate attention
Check the product care label before cleaning. Use only the methods specified for your particular cover and filling. Avoid assuming that care instructions from one model apply to another.
After unpacking
The WENLIK ergonomic neck pillow should be allowed approximately 24 hours to expand after unpacking. For all models, follow the included instructions before use.
Before you wash
Check the label for washing method, drying instructions and any temperature limits. If the label is missing or unclear, contact WENLIK before cleaning.
