Where We Ship We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Delivery Times Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5–9 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier. Occasional delays due to high order volumes or weather conditions are beyond our control, but we'll always keep you informed.
Free Shipping We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States — no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package in real time. If you have any trouble tracking your order, don't hesitate to contact us.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. WENLIK is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@wenlik.com — we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@wenlik.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.
