30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. No stress, no complicated process.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Simply email us at contact@wenlik.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours with easy instructions. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label — completely free of charge.
Damages & Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@wenlik.com. We'll resolve the issue quickly — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, personalized/custom products, personal care items, and gift cards. Sale items are also final sale.
Exchanges Want a different size or color? The easiest way is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved. We'll process everything as fast as possible.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to post the refund.
